Since the summer of 2020, Good Shepherd has hosted yoga classes (in Craig Hall and the beautiful courtyard, weather-permitting) facilitated by Bonnie Currie and Rhonda Bell, instructors from the Lotus Yoga Collaborative.
Bonnie and Rhonda have each been teaching yoga for over 15 years, and their yoga class offerings are suitable for all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels with a focus on mindfulness, breathing, quiet reflection, deep relaxation, increasing flexibility and building strength.
Bonnie and Rhonda each manage their own class schedules and offerings; however, pricing (click HERE) and class descriptions (click HERE) remain consistent.
The classes are open to the anyone interested, although there is a special $10 per class drop-in rate for all Good Shepherd church members.
